I’ve been kicking ass and taking names in Texas courtrooms since 1992. Born and raised in East Texas, this is my stomping ground. I know these courthouses, I know the judges, I know the prosecutors—and they know me. That kind of home field advantage matters when your future is on the line.

I started out as a felony prosecutor and spent over a decade trying some of the toughest cases the state could throw at me—everything from drug charges to capital murder. I’ve taken over 170 jury trials to verdict and worked as a Special Assistant United States Attorney handling major federal cases. I’ve gone toe-to-toe with the best, and I don’t rattle easy.

These days, I run my own law office, handling criminal defense, family law, parole reviews, sex offender deregistration, and probate. I also serve as a contract attorney for the 7th District Court. Whether you’re fighting a felony, trying to get your kids back, or hoping for a second shot at parole—I’ll give you honest advice, straight talk, and a hell of a fight in the courtroom.
